FESTIVAL OF TREES
San Joaquin County History Museum
December 6th & 7th 2024
The Festival of Trees 2024 Committee invites you to join us in engaging with attendees at our annual celebration of the holidays by providing volunteers to assist the San Joaquin County Historical Society and Museum’s Docents in welcoming our community to this joyous event.
Volunteers will be provided with a one-day pass. Questions or to schedule a presentation to your group? Email to leslie@sanjoaquinhistory.org or call Leslie at the museum 209-331-2055.
Upon receipt of your request, you will be contacted by a Festival representative to answer any questions and confirm your assignment and numbers, names and contact information for your volunteers. Assignments are first come first served.
Please complete the enclosed form and return it to the Museum, or complete, scan and email to leslie@sanjoaquinhistory.org.
Applications are due on or before November 11, 2024.
Your organization (group, RSO, Greek, Club) will be credited with signage at your adopted assignment area.
Assignments and Volunteers needed per shift:
Tin Punch 2-3 per shift
Rag Dolls 3-4 per shift
Tea Room 3-4 per shift
Children’s Crafts 2-3 per shift
Candle Making 3-4 per shift
Cookie Decorating 2-3 per shift
