Thank you so much for being interested in volunteering for Commencement! Check out our Commencement Schedule to get an idea of how our graduation weekend will look like. We will have a volunteer information session on April 30th at 11:00am.
Information booth volunteers will staff an information booth to assist guests with directions, schedules, and general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about the event schedule, locations, and amenities.
- Assist guests in finding seating, restrooms, and other key areas.
- Distribute maps, programs, or other informational materials.
- Communicate with event staff to address any issues or concerns.
