Thank you so much for being interested in volunteering for Commencement! Check out our Commencement Schedule to get an idea of how our graduation weekend will look like. We will have a volunteer information session on April 30th at 11:00am.
Greeters will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and directing them to event locations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Provide directions to ceremony locations, parking, and amenities.
- Answer general event questions and assist with guest inquiries.
- Offer assistance to guests who may need additional support.
- Communicate with event staff about any issues or concerns.
