Commencement Volunteer Positions
Thank you so much for being interested in volunteering for Commencement! Check out our Commencement Schedule to get an idea of how our graduation weekend will look like. We will have a volunteer information session on April 28th at 11:00am. Please make sure to get to your shift on time so you can check in at Knoles Hall first.
Information Booth (8)
o Staff an information booth to assist guests with directions, schedules, and general inquiries.
o Responsibilities:
▪ Provide accurate information about the event schedule, locations, and amenities.
▪ Assist guests in finding seating, restrooms, and other key areas.
▪ Distribute maps, programs, or other informational materials.
▪ Communicate with event staff to address any issues or concerns.
