Commencement Volunteer Positions
Thank you so much for being interested in volunteering for Commencement! Check out our Commencement Schedule to get an idea of how our graduation weekend will look like. We will have a volunteer information session on April 28th at 11:00am. Please make sure to get to your shift on time so you can check in at Knoles Hall first.

o Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces to ensure a smooth and organized commencement experience. Must be able to lift 25lbs.

▪ Ensure all areas are clean and tidy before and after ceremonies.
▪ Assist in moving supplies to and from storage locations.
▪ Support waste management by directing guests to trash and recycling bins.
