As volunteers for MMCID’s Taste of the Mile - Havana Nights, you will perform a variety of tasks falling under one of the four assigned roles: Event Set Up Assistance, Catering Assistance, and Clean up Assistance.
By performing the duties and responsibilities that fall under these roles you will ensure that MMID has a smooth and efficient event.
Upon Arrival: All volunteers must check in. Once volunteers are checked in they will be assigned a role which will be one of the following:
- Event Set Up Assistance
- Catering Assistance
- Server Assistance
- Clean up Assistance
Once you have been assigned a role, you will report to the area that your particular role is assigned to and bring yourself up to speed with the task that your group is currently working on.
Upon Departure: Once your shift has ended, you can grab your hours sheet and take it to your volunteer coordinator in order for them to sign off on your hours.
