7:00–8:00 PM | Performance/Open Mic Support (audience seating, performer assistance), Photo Booth Host |
8:00–10:00 PM | Activity & Food Station Support, Crowd Flow Assistance |
10:00–11:00 PM | Event Breakdown, Vendor Load-Out Assistance, Cleanup |

Volunteer Expectations (All Events)
Each volunteer shift is 1 hour and includes:
Arrive 5 minutes before your shift.
- Wear a University of the Pacific name badge or volunteer shirt (if provided).
- Help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all participants.
Direct questions to the event lead when needed.
Be knowledgeable about their respective roles and the entirety of the event's schedule.
