Join us on September 26 from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM at the Black Urban Farm Association (BUFA) for a morning of hands-on community service. BUFA’s mission is to positively impact health and hunger by providing locally grown, pesticide-free fruits and vegetables while promoting sustainable farming and highlighting African American cuisine and plant-based diets. Transportation is provided.

7:15 AM: Check-in at the Loading Zone at Burns Tower (bus arrives as early as 7:00 AM)
7:30 AM–7:50 AM: Travel to BUFA
8:00 AM–11:00 AM: Volunteer at BUFA Farm
11:00 AM–11:30 AM: Return to campus

Check-In: Begins at 7:15 AM in front of Burns Tower. Bus departs promptly—please arrive on time.
Transportation: Provided. The bus will be in the loading zone at Burns Tower.

Attire: Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Sunscreen is recommended.
