Who We Are
The founding partners identified several issues that, if solved, would make children and families more efficient and therefore would free needed resources. Reducing service duplication and improving coordination among providers became the two primary objectives of the group. To reach these objectives, the group reached out to over 55 organizations and created the volunteer group Community Partnership for Families of San Joaquin. In 1998, the partnership was officially designated as a charitable non-profit 501 C (3) organization.
