Responsibilities:Recruitment: Actively recruit volunteers through community outreach, social media, and partnerships with local organizations. Scheduling: Organize and maintain the volunteer schedule, ensuring adequate coverage for farm activities, events, and special projects. Volunteer Orientation: Conduct orientations and training to prepare new volunteers for their roles on the farm.
