Assist with set up, event management and/or clean up during the annual Gardensgiving event at the Ted & Chris Robb Garden. Please see shift descriptions below.

flower arrangements for tables for Gardensgiving event & helping arrange
tables & chairs if needed.

We
will need creative arrangements of herbs & flowers for small vases to go
on each table. Bring your creativity to the garden to help us beautify for
the event. |
| 11/20 8:30 - 9:30am | Gardensgiving event table setup - tablecloths, recipes, serviceware | You will help us to get set up for the event and prepared to receive guests by placing tablecloths, setting out recipes, & getting the service ware on the table in the right places. |
| 8:30 - 10:30am | Help staff with plating food & taking to serving table for Gardensgiving event | You will act as a support to our garden team by helping to plate, take to the garden, and set up the plates in the right places, alongside the correct recipes. There may be other tasks, such as cleaning up - any type of support that is needed will be asked of you. |
| 10:30am - 12:00pm | Register guests for Gardensgiving with swipe card | You will use the iPad and swipe to check in guests for us during the event. |
| 11:30am - 1:00pm | Register guests for Gardensgiving with swipe card | You will use the iPad and swipe to check in guests for us during the event. |
| 1:00 - 2:00pm | Cleanup after Gardensgiving event | You will help us clean up after the event by removing tablecloths, transferring all dishes back to the staging area near the pantry, washing dishes, packing up any leftovers, putting things away, etc. This is the basic premise. As a support role, it could include other things needed at the time. |
