Thank you so much for being interested in volunteering for Commencement! Check out our Commencement Schedule to get an idea of how our graduation weekend will look like. We will have a volunteer information session on April 30th at 11:00am. .
Set-up and clean-up volunteers will assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces to ensure a smooth and organized commencement experience. Must be able to lift 25lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Set up chairs, tables, signage, and decorations before the event.
- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy before and after ceremonies.
- Assist in moving supplies to and from storage locations.
- Support waste management by directing guests to trash and recycling bins.
- Perform other duties
