Bread of Life receives wonderful food donations that need to be identified, weighed, valued, and entered into a database. As a volunteer with BOL you will be supporting the more than 2,000 families that receive free groceries each month. These groceries are meant to help single mothers, elderly, the working poor, or anyone struggling to make ends meet.
Volunteer duties:
Data Entry for-
- Client Data: Inputting information from client intake forms, including names, addresses, contact details, and any relevant information about their needs.
- Donor Data: Entering information about donations received, including donor names, contact details, and the type and quantity of donations.
- Inventory Data: Recording food and supplies received and distributed, updating inventory levels in the database.
- Database Maintenance: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency, correcting errors, and organizing data for easy access.
