Volunteers will assist with distributing and placing the correct color wristbands on students and registered guests after they have completed the check-in process. Wristbands must match the appropriate category (student or guest) to ensure proper access throughout the event.

Volunteers will serve as the first point of contact for attendees arriving to Tigerlands. Responsibilities include helping manage lines, communicating event entry guidelines, and directing attendees to the correct check-in area. Volunteers will let attendees know what items can and cannot enter the concert area and guide them to the appropriate lines for students only entry, students with guests, and re-entry.

Floaters will assist the event team by helping direct attendees to the appropriate areas, answering basic event questions, and supporting different stations as needed. This role is flexible and helps ensure the event runs smoothly by providing support where it is most needed.

Volunteers will assist with the Tigerlands event check-in process by welcoming attendees and verifying entry for both Pacific students and registered guests. Volunteers will use StarRez to swipe in students and help manage a spreadsheet to check in guests, ensuring that guest names on valid government ID match the registration list and that the entry process runs smoothly.
