Event Description: As the Official Higher Education Partner of the San Francisco 49ers, Pacific is proud to bring the ultimate game-day experience home to our Tiger family. Come out and cheer on the Niners at our official game day Viewing Party. We’re turning up the volume, firing up the screens, and serving up classic tailgate bites for an unforgettable afternoon of football, give-aways with the 49er spirit squad, and Pacific pride. Admission is free (with option to purchase drink tickets at registration), the drinks are cold, and the energy will be electric.

Volunteer Need: Help setup, greeting guests, cleanup and supporting event staff as needed. 

Event Description: Indulge in an exclusive Craft Beer Tasting event with two of Pacific’s resident connoisseurs, Chris Ferguson, VP for Enrollment Management, and Dan Croxall '08, Professor of Law. These experts have traveled the state, sipping and selecting the finest craft beers California has to offer, and they’re ready to share their top picks with you! Whether you’re a seasoned beer enthusiast or just starting your craft beer journey, this event promises to be a memorable experience.

Volunteer Need: Support in event setup, check in, event management and cleanup.

Event Description: Join students and alumni for an interactive networking luncheon sponsored by the Eberhardt School of Business. This special event offers a guided experience to connect across generations while mastering essential professional etiquette, from networking fundamentals to business dining norms, ensuring you always make the right impression at your next career or social event. Pre-registration required; space is limited.

Volunteer Need: Support with checking in guests, and support event staff as needed with guest management, setup and cleanup.

Event Description: Set your sights on a fantastic Homecoming afternoon! We’re bringing the tailgate indoors to the Alex G. Spanos Center for lunch and fast-paced volleyball action vs. Seattle. Feel the electric court-side atmosphere with a special performance by the Alumni Pep Band, alongside the cheerleaders and Tiger dance team. Dedicated seating areas will be available for Men's Volleyball alumni, Music Fraternities, and Athletics alumni to sit together and catch up. Let’s bring the noise and cheer our Tigers to victory!

Volunteer Need: Come greet our attendees, support with lunch lines, and direct alumni to their reserved seating! 

Event Description: The entire Pacific community is invited to a magical evening celebrating dynamic music, warm reunions, and an iconic chapter of Pacific’s heritage. Join us for a live concert under the stars featuring the renowned Brubeck Brothers —a deeply cherished part of our university's history and cultural legacy. Whether you're catching up with former classmates or soaking in world-class jazz, this is the premier Saturday night gathering to celebrate our shared Pacific pride. $15 Includes food, concert and two (2) drink tickets per person. There will be special reunion seating for: Alpha Phi Omega, Beta Theta Pi, Black Alumni Club, College Corps, Music Fraternities (Mu Phi Epsilon, Sigma Alpha Iota, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia), Phi Delta Theta, and Pi Kappa Alpha.

Volunteer Need: Support with set-up, event check-in, clean-up and guest experience. Must enjoy jazz.

The Orange & Black Ball, which has become one of the premier events in the community, gives attendees an opportunity to mingle with coaches, staff and student-athletes.

Volunteer Need: Join us in setting up for Orange and Black Ball. Volunteers will help display items for the silent auction, set up decor, and prepare the space for an unforgettable evening!

Volunteer Need: Help us greet guests attending Orange & Black Ball! Please dress in all black.

Volunteer Need: Help us shuttle guests to & from the parking lots to Janssen-Lagorio Gym.

Event Description: The Pacific Athletic Foundation's largest annual fundraiser brings together Pacific Tigers fans and directly supports student-athletes at Pacific. The Orange & Black Ball, which has become one of the premier events in the community, gives attendees an opportunity to mingle with coaches, staff and student-athletes.

Volunteer Need: Help support during the event by assisting people to sign up for the silent auction website, finding seats, moving items, etc.

Dress comfortable & be prepared to consume leftovers

The Orange & Black Ball, which has become one of the premier events in the community, gives attendees an opportunity to mingle with coaches, staff and student-athletes.

Volunteer Need: Help pour champagne flutes. Must be 21+ and dress in all black.

Event Description: Lace up your sneakers and join the official Noon Ball Reunion. Whether you played every day at lunch or cheered from the sidelines, this is your chance to reunite with fellow Tigers, relive classic pickup games, and shoot around on campus once again.

Volunteer Need: Check in our attendees and support event staff as needed with attendee management, set-up and clean-up. 

Help folks get around during Homecoming weekend! Must be golf cart certified. If you are not certified, please complete the training on Bridge and follow the instructions how to submit your training to Public Safety. If you have any questions, please email events@pacific.edu

Event Description: Celebrate the rich tradition of Pacific Speech & Debate. Join alumni, students, and supporters for a special luncheon as we honor outstanding achievements, induct the inaugural class into the Forensics Hall of Fame, and reconnect with fellow Tigers across generations.

Volunteer Need: Check in our attendees and support the event staff as needed.

Event Description: Kick off your morning in style with a Champagne Toast with President Christopher Callahan! Join us for a sparkling start to the day as we raise a glass to 175 years of Pacific innovation and excellence. Hear inspiring campus updates directly from the President as we celebrate our rich history and look ahead to the university’s bright future.

Volunteer Need: Check in our attendees, support our event staff as needed, and enjoy the talk! 

Event Description: Calling all former Tiger athletes! After lunch in Spanos Center, bring the energy outside for an all-sports reunion at the soccer game. Catch up with teammates across every era and sport while enjoying food, drinks, and lively competition as we cheer on our Tigers.
