The Dome of Hope

Who We Are

For over three decades, the Dome of Hope mission is to teach independence and sustainability for a balanced and cohesive lifestyle of E.T.T.A. (Education, Technology, Trade and Arts). With that said, our vision is to make hope a reality for those who are underserved individuals throughout San Joaquin County.

What We Do

Our mission and vision are brought to life through intentional, community-centered programming that addresses the holistic needs of individuals and families. We accomplish our work by developing innovative programs that focus on education, health, workforce development, and social-emotional support, particularly for underserved and vulnerable populations. Our organization implements a range of impactful activities, including youth development and mentorship programs, reentry services for justice-involved individuals, parent education through our Parent University model, and health-focused initiatives such as telehealth access and career pathway training. We also provide safe spaces for seniors through our Senior Connect program, offering social engagement, digital literacy training, and access to essential resources. Through strategic partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies, we are able to extend our reach and ensure our services are both accessible and sustainable. Every program is designed with the intent to empower individuals, strengthen families, and build resilient communities—ultimately fulfilling our vision of creating pathways to opportunity, healing, and long-term success.
