Who We Are
Since 1976, PREVAIL (Pioneering Restoration and Elevating Voices of Advocacy, Idealism and Leadership) has been San Joaquin County’s primary provider of free, confidential services and shelters specifically designed to meet the needs of homeless and runaway youth and victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Through our programs and services, we are helping victims heal, restoring hope, strengthening families, and building a safer community.
What We Do
Offer programs, services and emergency shelter to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and youth at-risk or experiencing homelessness.
